Can I be sure about honesty of the service staff coming to my house?

Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?
It is not necessary to be at home, although of course, you are welcome to. You may need to give some special instructions about the cleaning, but you could also tell about your needs to our customer service staff so you can plan your own time.
We are giving such an option to our client to leave the key or your home security codes to our Supervisor. And, of course, you can count on keeping any personal information private and safe.
What shall I do if something in my home is broken?
Our service staff is highly trained and qualified people. Cases of damage are very rare. But still, in case of misfortune, if anything is broken, our company promises and confirms in our contracts to replace or, if possible repair the broken piece. We will fix our mistake until you are satisfied with the result.
What about tips for a cleaner?
Any additional reward is a token to be decided by you personally. Please let our cleaners know how well they did and if you have any wishes about their further work. You can either leave a note to your service lady or write us your opinion on the email. If you decided to leave a tip, better give it personally or leave a note to the worker. However, extra compensation is not expected or required.
Do I have to prepare my house for the cleaning procedure?
We would ask you to replace all the fragile and breakable items of your possessions, such as, photo frames, vases, flowerpots and volume decorations. Also it would be better to empty the space where the cleaning would take place. Otherwise irreplaceable items may be moved and put to other places. Anyway, our cleaners are professionally trained specialists with great experience who mind standards of propriety. So none of your stuff will be damaged and everything is to be treated with carefulness.
The floor is covered with dirty spots. Do I have to pay extra for cleaning of a heavily stained surface?
Usually, we are not charging you extra for the spots removal. But in case you would like our team to come several times to get a better result on your light upholstery for example, and it would require additional processing and using special chemicals, you will have to pay little more for another visit. But this is, of course, up to your decision. We would never ask for extra fee before discussing it with you.
Won't water ruin my carpet?
The risk is very low. Modern carpets are produced considering the necessity of cleaning procedures done. Mostly they are water resistant and the small amount of moisture wouldn’t cause any damage for your carpet. It feels damp after the cleaning, but water will disappear quickly afterwards. Please, do not worry! Our technicians will first check the material of your carpet or rug and then decide which procedure of cleaning should be used in your situation. On most delicate fabric, only STEAM method will be applied.
Will pet odors and other strange smells disappear after cleaning?
The chemicals we use while cleaning consist of special anti-odor components that eliminate bacteria which cause the smell and protein contamination that can also be a source of a bad smell. Although these chemicals are quite strong for the odors they wouldn’t harm your pet’s health. All of our cleansers are of the highest sanitary standards.
How long usually it takes for the carpet to get dry?
Maximum time for drying is up to 8 hours for a carpet. The furniture upholstery might be dry in 3 hours, it usually dries faster. Still the process duration depends on the air conditioning and the type of material being cleaned.
Is it okay to walk on the carpet right away after cleaning?
Better minimize the contact with the carpet before it is fully dry. But no serious damage is likely to happen. It is just about the possibility of bringing dirt on the wet material that soaks it strongly. Also be careful and don’t slip on the wet surface.
Applying Hot Water Extraction. Is it necessary?
This method is also called steam cleaning. The cleaning solution with hot water (over 200 degrees) is put on the carpet under high pressure. It kills bacteria`s and bed bugs, it helps to make the cleaning deep and very thorough. Then the solution is sucked back out of the carpet. This type of cleaning is considered to be the most qualitative and hygienic.
How often should the carpets be cleaned professionally?
On hygienic purpose the carpets and upholstery should be cleaned three times a year. That means professional treatment that removes bed bugs, germs, stains, smells and dirt. If you have personal sensitivity to dust or odors, allergies and individual intolerance to any kinds of contamination, you can have your home cleaned more often. You may choose the frequency on your own or consult our specialists. For more crowded places like schools, offices or hotels, professional cleaning should be held 4 or more times a year depending on needs.
